Moby Wit, (a.k.a. the Great White Ale) aged for 8 and 1/2 months in a FEW Gin barrel. The resultant nectar is slightly darker in color, due to the contact in the charred oak barrel, and is quite unique in its flavor profile. The spiced character that comes through in the aged product is reminiscent of a “spiced cookie”, with hints of nutmeg and coriander.
