By the time spring and summer roll around everyone here at the brewery is ready to kick back and relax with a few session beers. This year our brewers are bringing in spring with Rhine Rye, named for the river that creates a Franco-German border, the combination of French Saison yeast and a big German dry-hop of Hallertau Blanc and Melon help this table beer shape its delicate spice, citrus, and floral notes and aromas. With a hearty portion of rye in the original malt bill, this low gravity saison still achieves a nice and respectable body as the season warms.
