This hoppy German Pils takes its name from the classic German WWII dive bomber which had wind-driven sirens mounted on the landing gear which made a screaming sound to instill terror upon the battlegrounds of Europe. The clean, crisp bitterness hits you as quickly as a Stuka attack and then yields to the layers of floral, spicy aromas and flavors all the while intermingling with the clean malt backdrop. Fermented cooler and then aged cold for four weeks this interpretation of a classic German Lager is easy drinking and palate cleansing which is perfect to pair with all Oktoberfest fare.
