When Binny’s offered us access to their hand-selected Blanton’s and Buffalo Trace barrels we knew we’d have to produce a beer equal to the task. Built for body, barrel, and a boldly sweet finish, this Imperial Rye Stout is loaded with Canadian Rye Malt as well as English and German specialty barley varieties creating a deep and dynamic malt structure. The barrels, well they speak for themselves, don’t they?
