This is a Belgo-American Pale Ale that we brewed for the Great American Beer Fest this year. Essentially, it is a medium-bodied American Pale Ale, brewed with Fruity American hops- Crystal and Zythos- but fermented with the Bastogne yeast strain instead of our house ale yeast. It is similar in some respects to A Little Crazy, but is a little lighter-bodied, and has more fruity ester complexity from the yeast.
We harvested from this to brew the Threesome again…
