We’ll be releasing Cranky Buckets, the 4th beer in our fruited kettle sour series, on Wednesday, January 3. This Cranberry Kettle Sour was made with Greek yogurt, cranberry concentrate, a Wit yeast strain, and aged on French Oak chips. The Lacto gives the beers a slight tart character, the cranberry gives the beer a pinkish hue, as well as some sweetness to balance the acidity while the oak chips add a subtle oak character.
