ABOUT NEEDS MORE FLAIR:
This American Strong Pale Ale is made entirely with Cryo hops, a concentrated version of whole-leaf hops designed to provide even more intense flavor and aroma – more flair, really. We used a blend of Mosaic, Cascade, and Simcoe to showcase their fragrant, fruity hop notes alongside solid bitterness.
ABV: 5.8%. Draft-only.
ABOUT HAY ROLLER:
This Saison combines classic Belgian yeast with a touch of Motueka hops from New Zealand that bring refreshing aromas and flavors of lemon and citrus. A light and dry ale for any season!
