Our chefs at the brewpub have added a handful of tasty menu items available through February! Here are the menu items that we introduced this month:
Lunch/Dinner additions
Yukon Gold Pierogis: Yukon gold & cheese curd stuffed pierogi, braised red cabbage, granny smith apple, brussels sprout, french onion gravy, chive sour cream $15
Short Rib Sandwich: Smoked short rib, giardiniera tomato sauce, provolone, bread & butter pickle, sourdough potato roll $14
Twice Baked Potato Pizza: Black pepper bacon, confit pee wee potato, brown butter onion, pomme puree, sour cream, chive, mozzarella, cheddar $13
Chicken & Dumplings: Kale & ricotta dumpling, chicken breast, gremolata, pecan dust $16
Mushroom & Kale Gratin: Maitake, cremini, & king oyster mushroom, kale, cashew cream, cashew crumb, fresh herbs, potato sourdough $12
Skirt Steak Salad: Grass-fed, free range skirt steak, spinach, arugula, potato wedge, spinach, arugula, pickled onion, gorgonzola, red wine vinaigrette $16

Country Fried Steak: Dark Matter Coffee red eye mushroom gravy, egg, breakfast potato $15
Breakfast Reuben: Ale braised corned beef, sunny side egg, sauerkraut, Russian dressing, provolone bechamel, rye English muffin $12
