December Brewpub Menu

Our new December menu at the brewpub is now live! We introduced eight new delicious menu items that are available throughout the month. 

Take a look at what’s to offer:
Blackened Catfish Bites — Paprika, smoked paprika, cayenne, dry thyme, dry oregano, garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, white pepper, brown sugar, new mexico chili powder. Marinated in Franks hot sauce served with collard slaw. Suggested beer pairing: Rev Pils
Wild Murshroom Toast - Whole wheat flour, bread flour, starter, yukon gold potatoes, olive oil, salt with cashew gravy and wild mushrooms. Suggested beer pairing: Harpers Ferry Brown Ale.
Bacon Cheddar Sausage — Pork butt, Beeler’s bacon, salt, pink salt, garlic, black pepper, dextrose, oregano, milk powder, cheddar cheese curds served with cabbage apple slaw. Suggested beer pairing: Infiltrator Doppelbock
Smoked Brisket Pot Pie — Dark Matter red eye gravy over smoked beef brisket with rosemary beef fat dough and roasted root vegetables. Suggested beer pairing: Eugene Porter.
Seafood Gumbo — Shrimp, catfish, okra, scallion, over basmati rice. Suggest beer pairing: Red Skull
Bison Beet Burger: Bison and brisket burger, roasted beet, sweet potato strings, sunny side egg, horseradish creamed kale. Suggested beer pairing: Repo Man Rye Stout
Butternut Square Pierogi - Butternut squash and sweet potato stuffed pierogi, braised red cabbage, charred kale and brussels sprout, french onion gravy, chive sour cream. Suggested beer pairing: Fistmas Red Ale
Steak Salad — Grass-fed, free range skirt steak, spinach, arugula, parsnip, caramelized fennel, persimmon chutney, gorgonzola, horseradish vinaigrette. Suggested beer pairing: Anti-Hero IPA.
