Chef Charlie and his team introduced a variety of new flavorful dishes that are now being served at the Revolution Brewpub on Milwaukee Ave.

- Baba Ganoush — Fire-roasted eggplant dip, pita bread, charred tomato relish, fresh herb.

- Spring Salad — Mixed greens, strawberry, citrus, feta cheese, lemon-honey vinaigrette, garlic crouton.
