Chef Charlie and his team introduced a variety of new flavorful dishes that are now being served at the Revolution Brewpub on Milwaukee Ave.

featured dishes:

  • Maple Chipotle Carrots — Maple chipotle glazed baby carrot, lemon crème fraiche, toasted pistachio.
  • Baba Ganoush — Fire-roasted eggplant dip, pita bread, charred tomato relish, fresh herb.
  • Aji Pepper Asparagus — Grilled asparagus, Aji Sobremesa hot sauce, sour cream, spiced bread crumb.
  • Spring Salad — Mixed greens, strawberry, citrus, feta cheese, lemon-honey vinaigrette, garlic crouton.
  • Jerk Salmon Salad — Romaine, black bean, pickled red onion, cotija cheese, pineapple-tomato salsa, buttermilk-lime dressing
  • Yukon Gold Pierogi - Yukon potato, spring pea and cheese curd pierogi, chard, kale & Granny Smith apple salad, carrot purée, scallion sour cream.
  • House-Cut Steak - La Pryor Farms beef, beef fat potato wedges, Eugene-mushroom jus, garlic-herb butter, parmesan, cut changes daily
