How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders usually ship within two days from the date it was placed. Orders that are placed on weekends will be processed on Monday. We ship out orders Monday-Friday.
How will items be shipped?
We pack all orders in-house from our production brewery and mail the items via USPS.
Are there other shipping options?
Unfortunately not. Our shipping methods are assigned by a USPS shipping rate calculator, so your order will be automatically processed as either First Class or Priority Mail based on the weight.
How do I track an order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you didn't receive the email, and it's not in your spam folder, please e-mail info@revbrew with your online store order number and we will personally send you your tracking information. You can also track USPS shipments using the USPS tracking tool found here. We cannot guarantee delivery times.
How many packages should I expect to receive?
If you have a larger order, it may be shipped in separate packages. All posters will be mailed separately to avoid damage. We will notify you in the event of a multi-package shipment.
How do I exchange or return an order?
If an exchange or return is needed, please e-mail info@revbrew.com with your order information.
Do t-shirts run small?
Our women's tees do run small, so we recommend ordering a size up.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Unfortunately, we only ship items to all 50 states at this moment.
