MEET THE BREWER BOOTH

  • Anti-Hero - 6.7% ABV // 65 IBUs - An American hop assault featuring a blend of four hop varieties (Centennial, Amarillo, Chinook, Citra, Crystal) creating a crisp bitterness and imparting massive floral and citrus aromas.
  • Fist City (Competition Category 59 American-style Pale Ale)5.5% ABV // 40 IBUs — A supremely drinkable Chicago Pale Ale with hints of citrus and grapefruit notes with a solid malt backbone to smooth the light bite of hops. 2 lbs/Bbl dry hop consisting of Cascade, Citra, Centennial, and Crystal
  • Rev Pils (Competition Category 35b American-style Pilsener: Contemporary American-style Pilsener) — 5.2% ABV // 40 IBUs — A traditional German pilsner, but dry hopped.. German hops (Select & Saphir), malts (Weyermann Pilsner, CaraFoam, & Munich) and our classic Bavarian lager yeast (Wyeast) produce a crisp, clean beer with slightly spiced, earthy aromas.
  • Freedom of Speach (Competition Category 24 Fruited American-style Sour Ale) - 4.5% ABV // 7 IBUs - Our easy-drinking Session Sour demonstrates a clean tartness, balanced out by an assembly of ripe peach flavor. Exercise your right to refreshment. Kettle-soured with a blend of lactobacillus strains, fermented with our house ale strain.
  • Straight Jacket (Competition Category 28 Wood- & Barrel-Aged Strong Beer) - 13.1% ABV // 55 IBUs — Our Institutionalized Barleywine Aged in Bourbon Barrels. Deep aromas and flavors of dark stone fruits, bourbon, molasses, toasted coconut and vanilla come in waves.

FESTIVAL BOOTH — BOOTH #30

  • Deth By Cherries 2017 - 13.1% ABV // 27 IBUs — Unfermented tart cherries add mild acidity and subtly rounded sweetness to our Deth’s Tar Barrel-Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout. Flavors and aromas of bourbon and oak meld harmoniously with the fruit for a balanced experience.
  • Double Dry-Hopped Citra-Hero - 7.5% ABV // 75 IBUs — A powered-up version of Citra-Hero featuring more tropical citrus character, Kohatu hops from New Zealand, and flaked oats for a smooth mouthfeel. Over 5 lbs/Bbl dry hop.
  • Freedom of Press (Competition Category 24 Fruited American-style Sour Ale) — 3.9% ABV // 10 IBUs — Our latest take on the Freedom session sour series uses black currants that bring sweet, earthy berry flavors and dark fruit character to complete a fresh take on this easy-drinking ale.
