DETH’S TAR TAKES AIM THIS WEEKEND

Come celebrate the arrival of our Deep Wood Series of barrel-aged beers with the debut of Deth’s Tar, Cafe Deth, and Deth by Cherries in 12oz cans. The release will take place Friday and Saturday (11÷17 & 11/18) at the Kedzie Tap Room & Production Facility. Details and FAQs on the beers and event can be found on our website and Facebook Event Page.

Deth’s Tar is the first of 3 Deep Wood Series release parties that we’ll be hosting this winter, which include specialty variants on tap and food vendors on-site. The additional releases take place on the following dates:

We get excited every year as barrel season approaches, but this one in particular. With continual process improvement, these beers have gotten increasingly better every year. This season is no different. The addition of our new can filler and flash pasteurizer will conspire to provide the single largest increase of quality to our packaged Deep Wood beers to date. Think Barrel-Matured’, not Barrel-Aged’.Marty Scott — Brewer

AMARILLO-HERO

Get ready to lasso up some Amarillo-Hero. The specialty IPA showcasing the hop’s intense citrus and floral notes has a fruit basket aroma and a clean bitterness. Amarillo-Hero was released in 6‑packs of 12oz. cans and on draft at the brewpub, tap room, and will be making its way to retailers within the next week. ABV: 7.3 IBU: 70

Available: 6‑pack of 12oz. cans. Brewpub, Tap Room, & Retailers.

FISTMAS

Our suds-lovin’ Santa is back in time for the holidays. The Holiday Red Ale is steeped with ginger and orange peel, resulting in a beer with aromas of freshly baked bread, caramel, and stone fruits. ABV: 6.5% IBU: 31

Available: 6‑pack of 12oz. cans. Brewpub, Tap Room, & Retailers.
